Japanese Yakiniku dining. Yakiniku means “grilled meat” in Japanese. At a Yakiniku restaurant, bite-sized cuts of raw beef, pork, seafood, and vegetables are cooked at your table over gas or charcoal grills. This is my go-to place when I’m craving for crispy chicken skin and pork belly in skewers. The best place to sit is at the counter. You get to watch the chefs prepare your dishes. Parking is pretty hard but so worth it.
