Whenever I crave for some good old fashioned ramen I turn to Shin-Sen. Their broth is insanely good. It just wakes up your senses. U see the big bowl served in front of you and you say to yourself, “There is no way I’ll finish that!” But then you always do. U even pay less than a buck for extra noodles. They ask, “do u want it hard?” Sounds naughty but u get to choose the texture of your noodle. How cool is that! They have different branches but my favorite branch is located at 2015 W. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena, CA
