Pork BBQ

Check out my very first cooking video on YouTube! My husband Julio is my taster. Pork BBQ is my signature dish. It’s a party favorite. It is time-consuming but when you see your friends and family enjoy the dish you cooked for them… then it is so worth it. This dish takes at least 4 days to prepare. This involves buying the ingredients, prepping, marinating, skewing, grilling, and serving. When a dish takes this long to make then you know it is a special dish that I only cook for my special friends and family. Every time I serve this dish it disappears in a matter of minutes.
